My Life with Tinnitus \u2013 Your Voice Matters. Millions of people live with tinnitus \u2013 and yet so much of it remains invisible. No one can hear the sounds in the ears but those suffering from tinnitus themselves. But the feelings behind them deserve to be heard. On our website and social media channels, people affected share their personal stories: from sleepless nights, anxiety, and frustration \u2013 but also courage, acceptance, and new ways of coping with tinnitus. What many people tell us:<\/strong> Sharing helps. Telling your own story can bring relief. And sometimes, that\u2019s exactly where a new way of dealing with the sounds begins. That\u2019s why we invite everyone to share their story with us. How does tinnitus feel like? What has helped – or what makes life more difficult? Personal experiences can inspire courage in others, foster understanding, and show that no one has to bear the burden alone.<\/p>\n
