WHO WE ARE<\/b><\/h1>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css_animation=”fadeInUp”]The foundation was established in 2011 at the Tinnitus Center Charit\u00e9 – Universit\u00e4tsmedizin Berlin as the “German Tinnitus Foundation Charit\u00e9”. The center is the leading one of its kind in Germany and has been treating tinnitus patients for 26 years.<\/p>\n

In 2019, the foundation’s objectives were realigned and the focus of the foundation’s work was expanded to include the topic of hearing. Since then, it has been a central concern of ours to focus our communication work not only on tinnitus alone, but also to sensitize the public to the fascination of hearing as a whole. In addition, we provide information about other diseases of the inner ear, such as hearing loss, Meniere’s disease or hyperacusis, and promote research in these areas as well.<\/p>\n

The work of the foundation is only possible because many individuals and companies are personally committed to the goals of the foundation and support us through donations, sponsorship and, above all, great voluntary commitment. Our thanks go to all of you!<\/p>\n
