World Hearing Day

We want to use today’s World Hearing Day to draw attention to the fact that more than 80% of hearing disorders worldwide remain untreated! We therefore join the german Federal Association of the Hearing Aid Industry in calling for regular hearing care to improve health and enjoyment of life. The motto: ‘Life belongs to you!’

And together with many other stakeholders, we are campaigning for a fundamental change in attitudes towards hearing protection and prevention. Through education and prevention work. Because this is crucial in order to increase the acceptance of early screening, medical and psychological treatment and hearing aid provision in order to reduce the costs of untreated hearing loss and other hearing impairments.
